This time, we would like to introduce you to a trail full of local flavours...

“The Gruyère cheese dairy trail”: a change-of-scene walk through forests, chalets and meadows to discover the cheeses of the region.

What better way to relax on the fine days of an Indian summer?

First, you can travel to Pringy by bus or train to visit the Maison du Gruyère. Then follow a trail to the village of Moléson-sur-Gruyère, at an altitude of 1,100 m.

There you will find the Alpine cheese dairy, where you can taste one of the best fondues around! Tried and approved by us.

You can return to Hotel D Bulle by public transport from Moléson-sur-Gruyère to Bulle.

For the bravest, and to make the magic last, you can walk the trail in the opposite direction back to Bulle.
